Fiserv Forum
About This Event
Fiserv Forum is Fiserv's annual flagship client conference and the largest single event in Fiserv's client community calendar. Each edition brings together thousands of senior banking, payments, and merchant-services leaders for three days of strategic discussion, product showcases, structured networking, and the year's most concentrated set of customer briefings on Fiserv's roadmap.
The 2026 edition runs 17–19 August 2026 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, returning to the "Fiserv Forum" brand after the 2025 edition was marketed under the "Power Moves" theme.
What happens at Fiserv Forum
- Conference programme — keynote sessions from Fiserv leadership (Fiserv CEO Michael Lyons typically opens; named outside speakers including Mark Cuban have featured in recent editions), panel debates on the year's defining payments and banking questions, and tailored session journeys aligned to attendee role and segment.
- Experience Center — an immersive showcase floor with 100+ Fiserv technology solutions displayed end-to-end. Attendees walk product demonstrations across Clover (Fiserv's merchant POS and payments platform), Carat (omnichannel commerce), Finxact (cloud-native core banking, acquired by Fiserv in 2022), card issuing and processing, fraud and risk, and the broader Fiserv platform stack.
- Client briefings and roadmap sessions — closed-door product briefings where Fiserv unveils platform changes that materially affect client integrations. For many Fiserv clients these sessions are the highest-value reason to attend.
- Structured networking — peer-to-peer meetings, client roundtables, partner-vendor introductions, and the Fiserv-hosted receptions that surround the conference.
Who attends
Heads of payments, retail banking, and digital channels at US community and regional banks. CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Operations at credit unions across all asset tiers. Merchant-services leaders at enterprise retailers, restaurant chains, healthcare systems, hospitality operators, and the SMB ecosystem served through Clover. ISV partners building on Fiserv's platforms. Card-issuing executives at Fiserv processing clients. Fraud and risk leaders. Treasury and corporate-banking executives at Fiserv biller-services clients. Select international banking partners working with Fiserv's global platforms.
Fiserv Forum is not a consumer-fintech event and is not a startup pitch event. It's the operational and strategic planning forum for the people running banking, payments, and merchant-services technology on Fiserv's platforms — and the budgets discussed are measured in tens of millions across the largest client institutions.
Dominant themes at Fiserv Forum 2026
