Stripe Tour
About This Event
Stripe Tour is the annual global roadshow of Stripe, the payments infrastructure company, with stops across the major fintech and developer hubs of North America, Europe and Asia. The London edition is held at the ICC Auditorium in ExCeL London and brings together Stripe customers, prospects, developers and partners for a single-day programme of product announcements, customer case studies, hands-on workshops and Stripe-led networking. Attendance is free of charge and registration is open to anyone building on the internet economy.
What happens at Stripe Tour
- Single-day programme running 08:30 to 17:45 BST with keynotes, customer case studies and product demos
- Product announcement keynote unveiling the latest Stripe API updates, AI agent payment primitives and ecosystem partnerships
- Hands-on workshops for developers across Stripe Connect, Treasury, Identity, Radar and Climb the Mountain
- Networking receptions with the London Stripe customer community and ecosystem partners
- Part of a global Stripe Tour series running June through October 2026 across London, Paris, Stockholm, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo and other internet-economy hubs
Who attends
The audience reflects the breadth of the Stripe customer and developer ecosystem in the UK and broader European region: UK and European SaaS companies of all stages from startup to public (Monzo adjacent, Octopus Energy, Cazoo, Just Eat Takeaway, Trustpilot, Ocado), online retailers and marketplaces (ASOS, boohoo, Notonthehighstreet), B2B platforms embedding payments via Stripe Connect, European developers and engineering leaders, fintech founders evaluating Stripe vs in-house build, agencies and systems integrators in the Stripe partner ecosystem, and a meaningful Stripe customer-success and developer-relations contingent. Stripe Tour is not a multi-vendor industry conference and not a startup pitch event - it is the Stripe product showcase and customer community gathering hosted by Stripe itself.
Dominant themes at Stripe Tour 2026
- AI agent payments - Stripe new agentic commerce primitives
- Embedded payments and platform monetisation via Stripe Connect
- Stripe Climb the Mountain SaaS programme and partner economics
- European acquiring expansion and local payment methods (Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, BLIK)
- Stripe Identity and Radar for KYC and fraud prevention at scale
- Stripe Treasury and embedded business banking
- Payment optimisation - network tokenisation, retry logic and authorisation lift
- Climate fund and the carbon removal portfolio for Stripe customers
- Developer experience and Stripe API evolution
Planning to attend
ExCeL London sits in Royal Docks east of Canary Wharf, served by the Custom House station on both the DLR and the Elizabeth line. London City Airport (LCY) at five minutes is the closest gateway; Heathrow (LHR) is forty-five minutes by Elizabeth line. Royal Docks hotels (Sunborn Yacht Hotel, the Crowne Plaza, the Aloft) are the natural pick if you want to stay near the venue; Stratford and Canary Wharf hotels are the alternative. June is peak London demand. For B2B vendors, the Stripe Tour stop aligns with London Tech Week.
