B2B, Mobile & Embedded Payments Conferences 2026: The Events That Matter
Draško Georgijev Search for a “B2B payments conference” and you’ll get a mess: retail-marketing expos, generic tech summits, and a handful of events that genuinely gather the people who build, sell, and run business payments. This guide cuts through that.
These are the conferences that actually matter if your work touches B2B payments—merchant and acquiring, mobile and digital payments, embedded finance, or open banking. For each, you’ll find the dates, the city, and who it’s really for. Every event links to a full guide with the agenda, venue, and a cost calculator.

Merchant and acquiring
Merchant Payments Ecosystem (MPE) — Berlin, March 9–11, 2027
The definitive European event for the merchant side of payments. MPE is where acquirers, payment orchestration platforms, PSPs, and large merchants work through the economics of accepting payments—interchange, routing, orchestration, fraud, and the realities of scaling acceptance across markets. If your job involves how merchants get paid, this is the one specialist event to protect on the calendar. Held in Berlin. Best for: acquirers, PSPs, orchestration platforms, and enterprise merchants.
PAY360 — London, April 21–22, 2027
The Payments Association’s flagship and one of the UK’s most important payments gatherings, spanning the full payments value chain with a strong merchant-and-acquiring track. Best for: the UK payments community across banks, PSPs, fintechs, and merchants.
Breadth across the whole B2B ecosystem
Money20/20 Europe — Amsterdam, June
The continent’s largest fintech conference by industry weight, and the single best place to cover the entire B2B payments ecosystem in one trip—schemes, processors, BaaS providers, infrastructure, and the buyers who use them. The 2026 edition ran in early June at the RAI Amsterdam; it returns in June 2027. Best for: payments and banking leadership, partnerships teams, and investors who need breadth.
Money20/20 USA — Las Vegas, October 18–21, 2026
The largest fintech and payments conference in the world by industry weight, gathering the entire US ecosystem at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The venue for major US B2B payments announcements and partnership reveals. Best for: anyone in the North American payments, banking, or fintech ecosystem.
Fintech Meetup — Las Vegas, February 22–24, 2027
Built around a double-opt-in meetings engine that books thousands of B2B conversations, Fintech Meetup is engineered for deal-making rather than keynotes. If your reason to attend is “I need 30 qualified meetings in three days,” this is the format designed for exactly that. Best for: sales, partnerships, and BD teams across banking and payments.
Mobile and digital payments
Seamless Middle East — Dubai, September 22–24, 2026
One of the largest fintech, payments, and digital-commerce events in MENA, drawing a 25,000-strong crowd to Dubai, co-located with Seamless Digital Commerce. Deep programming across mobile payments, e-commerce, and identity. Best for: payments and digital-commerce professionals targeting the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
MoneyLIVE Payments Europe — Amsterdam, November 11–12, 2026
A senior, strategy-led gathering for retail banks and payments leaders, with a strong digital- and mobile-payments agenda, back at the RAI in Amsterdam. Best for: retail-banking and payments strategy teams.
Stripe Tour — global roadshow
Not a traditional conference but a developer-and-builder roadshow that moves through major cities, leaning into mobile, cross-border, and the AI-economy side of payments infrastructure. Free, regional, and dense with the people actually wiring up payments. Best for: developers, founders, and product teams building on modern payment infrastructure.
Embedded finance and open banking
Open Banking Expo UK & Europe — London, October 13–14, 2026
The dedicated event for open banking, open finance, and the account-to-account future—where the embedded-payments and BaaS conversations are most advanced. Best for: anyone whose roadmap touches A2A payments, variable recurring payments, data sharing, or PSD3/PSR readiness.
Global Fintech Fest — Mumbai, October 8–10, 2026
The largest fintech event in the world by attendance, built around India’s globally significant embedded-finance and real-time-payments stack—UPI, the account aggregator framework, and the digital rupee. The clearest window into where embedded, real-time payments are heading at population scale. Held in Mumbai. Best for: anyone whose work touches embedded finance, real-time payments, or South Asian markets.
How to choose—and how to make it count
A few principles for getting real return out of a B2B payments conference:
- Pick by your side of the ecosystem. Merchant and acquiring point to MPE; whole-ecosystem breadth to Money20/20; pure deal-making to Fintech Meetup; embedded and open finance to Open Banking Expo; a specific region to its anchor (Seamless for MENA, Global Fintech Fest for India).
- If you’re selling, optimise for meetings, not sessions. The highest-ROI B2B events are the ones where you can pre-book your calendar. Block the meeting slots before you book the flight.
- Budget the whole trip. Registration is often the smaller line item. Use the cost calculator on each event page, and see our data study on what fintech conferences cost for the benchmarks.
- Prepare deliberately. Our guides to maximising conference ROI and conference networking basics cover the work that turns a badge into pipeline.
